ATA has available two courses that take account of the Equality Act 2010.  These courses – ‘Understanding Diversity’ and ‘Applying Diversity’ are in modular format and look at the key principles to be applied when addressing diversity and equality, and the various cases or drivers as to why embracing diversity is good for an organisation. The courses also explore the ramifications of the introduction of the Equality Act 2010.  They are an ideal way to address the obligations placed on us by the Act and are an easily accessible and effective alternative to classroom based training.
